Simon Ayers MBE - Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Simon leads TrustMark with objective and strategic insight developed from an accomplished career in the energy and construction industry spanning over 30 years

Adrian Ballard - Finance Director

Adrian has a key role in shaping the financial strategy for the organisation, ensuring that we meet our financial targets, achieve the best value and comply with our financial and legal obligations

Avinash Rajan - Proposition Director

Focusing on collaboration with partners and Scheme Providers, Avinash’s focus is on creating TrustMark propositions that help deliver energy efficiency improvements in homes

Ben Meredith - Consumer Director

Ben is responsible for delivering our consumer protection strategy to help address pressing consumer issues in the sector and to improve the protection of consumers in the UK

Nicola Waller - Membership Director

As Membership Director, Nicola’s focus is on growing our membership base. By supporting our members, streamlining our processes and collaborating with partners across the industry

Paul Phillips - Assurance Director

Paul is responsible for ensuring that the ECO Quality Assurance programme is delivered. He also oversees the desktop audit requirement of PAS 2035 lodgements into the Data Warehouse

Phil Vaughan - Programme Director

Phil is focused on technological solutions that have enabled TrustMark to expand its remit to deliver the quality mark required by the Each Home Counts review, as well as a range of additional benefits
