About us

• I am the Senior Retrofit Coordinator, qualified to Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management, Level 3 Energy Efficiency in Traditional & Older Properties and an Affiliate Member of the CIAT, working towards full Chartered status. • Also, I am part of the Stroma, Retrofit Coordinators Auditing team. • Over past 18 months I have been a part of the Retrofit Academy training and mentoring team covering all qualifications from Level 2 Understanding Domestic Retrofit up to the Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management. • We have many years of experience in the industry, I was PAS accredited back in 2013 as an installer, giving me a great understanding of the challenges faced by installers. • We have a team of 3 additional Retrofit Coordinators, 2 employed Retrofit Assessors and 3 further subcontracted Retrofit Assessors, ensuring we can cover both small and large contracts. • Volume is never an issue to us whether the contract is for 10 jobs or 1000 jobs we have the resources needed, all without losing the personal service. Our experience to date: • DBC & Anglian Building Products – 700 properties assessment and coordination for a LAD2 scheme • Saffron Housing Trust – assessment and coordination for a small LAD2 project, ASHP installation • Saffron Housing Trust – project management of SHDF Wave 1 deep retrofit 126 properties, assessment, coordination and contractor management • Broadland Council – assessment and coordination of HUG scheme • Southwark Council – full feasibility for a SHDF Wave 2 deep retrofit project assessment & coordination, scheme value in excess of £15m. Completing RdSAP calculations to ensure that best value will be achieved to reach EPC Band C and a heat load of 90kWh/m2/year. • Harlow Council - full feasibility for a SHDF Wave 2 deep retrofit project assessment & coordination, scheme value in excess of £20m. Completing RdSAP calculations to ensure that best value will be achieved to reach EPC Band C and a heat load of 90kWh/m2/year. • Women’s Pioneer Housing - full feasibility for a SHDF Wave 2 deep retrofit project assessment & coordination, scheme value in excess of £12m. Completing RdSAP calculations to ensure that best value will be achieved to reach EPC Band C and a heat load of 90kWh/m2/year. • ECO3/ECO4 – Retrofit Coordination for a number of installation companies completing over 1700 jobs over the last 18 months.
