About us

We work with housing providers, property services businesses and technology manufacturers across the UK to determine how best to achieve net zero using our unique process, developed in conjunction with the University of Southampton, and fully compliant to PAS2035. NetZero Collective offers assessment, design, supply, installation and coordination services to help our clients decarbonise their housing stock. We measure and remotely monitor the performance of the installed measures to ensure they achieve the carbon savings that were predicted. By taking a whole asset portfolio approach and implementing robust programme management, we can help clients to track their progress towards net zero and give them clear data to say when they’ll get there. Our process has been developed in partnership with the University of Southampton to give you the confidence to plan and procure works to decarbonise your properties and begin your journey towards net zero. It’s a common-sense approach to getting it right-first-time, because we believe that costed, trusted and packaged solutions are our best route to decarbonising UK homes.
