About us

We are a Building and Architectural Company and based in North East England from a base in Saltburn-by-the-sea. We work across the North East for homeowners and self builders for projects of all kinds. For residential properties we complete extensions, loft conversions, renovations, garage conversions and HMO properties. We specialise in ‘turn key’ solutions to complex projects. (one stop shop) This involves design, engineering, costing, build and full project management throughout the process. We lead a right first time attitude and always aim for zero defects, adding value at every stage of the process, and helping our clients achieve their project goals. We are based in the North East of England, but are capable of delivering projects throughout the UK and internationally.
