About us

In operation since 1997, IMS Heat Pumps install ground, air and water source heat pump heating systems in new build, self-build and custom build homes, as well as prestige developments, barn conversions and large renovation projects. Our bespoke designs use underfloor heating or radiators to create cosy, low carbon homes. Our expertise is all in-house, so we can guarantee the highest levels of design, supply, installation, and maintenance services. We are MCS Accredited, TrustMark and Trading Standards Approved, and as members of the Ground Source Heat Pump Association adhere to their strict Code of Conduct, providing a belt and braces, quality-assured, service for our clients. Heat Pumps are the ‘no regret’ heating system that will future proof your home today, and with the Renewable Heat Incentive still open for applications until March 2022, there’s still significant funding available against the cost of installation. We have offices in Sheffield and Perth, and take pride in our knowledgeable, experienced and reliable service. We work with homeowners, main contractors and architects to deliver low carbon, energy efficient heating systems across Scotland, The North and the Midlands.
