TrustMark does not issue registration certificates and it may be something your Scheme Provider can provide. You and your customers can validate your registration using your unique TrustMark Licence Number, which can be found using our 'Find a Business' feature via the homeowner section of the website.
If you have made an application using the TrustMark ‘How to Join’ function on our website and have not been contacted by your chosen Scheme Provider within 10 days, we would advise that you follow up with them regarding the progress.
Business Portal – You will need to contact your Scheme Provider who can update this in our system. Then contact TrustMark who will be happy to switch your details over.
Retrofit Portal – As the owner of the account, you can make these changes within the Retrofit Portal. You will need to log into the account using your existing credentials and add the new details as ‘new user’.
Under our function as the Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home we register trades businesses, Retrofit Assessors and Retrofit Coordinator via our Scheme Providers. Our remit does not extend to the registration or approval of construction products.
